ENHANCING SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
The character and the qualities of the places where we live have an influence on the quality of our lives. Our way of dealing with buildings and places and our behavior affect the quality of places.
Designers, architects and planners have an important role in shaping, maintaining and transforming the places where we live, work, play, walk, travel….
”Sustainable environmental design” means for me to design paying attention to environmental qualities as well as to social and cultural values. My aim is to improve places while contributing to the health, comfort and security of the users of today as well as of next generations.
In ”Sustainable renovation” projects I intend to renovate, refurbish or change with respect for the existing architecture, attention to the environmental consequences and participation of the inhabitants/users.
